Coach will split class into 2 -4 teams (based on class size)
Teammate one will complete the first dynamic mobility and then sprint back to tag in teammate two to complete the first dynamic mobility. Teammate two will sprint back to tag in teammate three who will also complete the first exercise. Once all teammates go the last teammate will tag in teammate 1 to complete the second exercise.

14 Partner Abmat situps w/ WB (link feet and toss WB back and forth)

6 minute Partner AMRAP: 

Partner 1 is stationed on one side of the gym and partner 2 is on the opposite side. Partner 1 does 6 Abmat sit-ups as quickly as possible while partner 2 holds a plank. Partner 2 is only allowed to come out of plank once they are tagged by partner 1 who has to run all the way across the gym upon completion of the sit-ups to tag in their partner.
